Daring Way™ Mind and Body
A Wholehearted Retreat with Yoga for Professional Women
November 30-December 2, San Francisco Financial District
Join us for a transformative and restorative weekend intensive that will support you to live your most authentic life. Based on the work of Brené Brown, the Daring Way™ is more than a workshop. It’s an intimate, experiential retreat that will challenge and inspire you to move past shame and perfectionism to courage and wholeheartedness.
Who is this retreat for?
This intimate retreat, limited to six participants, is for women who want to show up, be seen, and live brave in their personal and professional lives.

Women of color and LGBTQ+ and non-binary individuals are always enthusiastically welcomed. No previous experience with yoga or with Dr. Brown’s work is required.
