Who is this workshop for?
This Daring Greatly™ program is designed to support individuals who want to show up bravely in “the arena” of their lives, but find themselves held back by the fears and insecurities that cause us to play it small. If you struggle with feeling like you don’t truly belong anywhere; if you’re constantly hustling to maintain your sense of self-worth and self-esteem; if being vulnerable with people you care about terrifies you; or if you struggle with shame and guilt over not being enough or doing enough, then Daring Greatly™ might be just what you need to move forward.
No previous experience with Brené’s work is required to attend – newbies are enthusiastically welcomed!
This session is intended for anyone who identifies as a woman or non-binary professional. It should go without saying, but trans women and women of all backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, ages (18+), religions and races are welcome here.
$650 includes two days of the Daring Greatly™ curriculum, materials, and light breakfast/snacks each day. Package discounts are available for participants attending both this workshop and the October Rising Strong™ workshop. Many of our previous attendees have been able to obtain approval from their employer to use professional development or wellness funds to attend our workshop, so don’t forget to take advantage of those benefits if you have them!
In order to ensure this workshop will meet your goals for personal growth, we offer a 30-minute introductory call for all participants free of charge.
Please let us know at least two weeks before the workshop if you have any accessibility needs or dietary restrictions.
