The first step to get connected with a therapist is to schedule a free, 20-minute consultation with our Intake Coordinator, Cami.

She’ll ask a few questions to learn more about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have about therapy or our clinic, and help you match with someone fantastic. 

We’re a small, boutique practice, which means that Cami knows each of us personally, and can recommend someone who will be a great fit for you. Sessions start at $150 an hour, and we also offer affordable group therapy options.

There’s absolutely no obligation or pressure — if we’re not a great match, we’ll make some recommendations to help you connect with someone who is.
